Hacking Just a quick thing i need to know about pal games

So i have a Wario game its pal, burnt it to a disc put it at 4x, anyways when i use it with backup launcher it goes all crazy and kills my wii leading me to power off
However when i use the options force ntsc then it works perfectly , I have this exe called...backup creator , does this patch up my games to be ntsc? or odes this do something whole different. thanks for the answers

backup creator is the old decrypter from the beta loader. It won't help you. Not all Pal games will play on an NTSC wii. If your tv goes crazy its because it doesnt support the PAL video format. Forcing NTSC as you noticed will allow you to play IF the game has the NTSC video support built in, not all PAL games do. There is a region patcher out there to change the game region to NTSC prior to burning. Not sure if it will work on all games as my tv supports both PAL and NTSC so i've never needed to use it.

    although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)

    If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.

    and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
