I was in the underground thing but no one gave it to me there.

The Battle Subway is in Raimon City. When you approach it, a blue-haired girl comes out and gives you the VS Seeker. It lets you record your battles like in the previous two games. The Battle Subway can be used to battle Trainers and the trains can transport you around Isshu.

Go on the road to the desert and go in the building on the left. On the top floor, there will be a scientist guy. That's him.

Well okay i gues.
But isnt it the restricting thing with like only Pokemon lvl 50 like the Battle Tower?

And wasnt the Battle Seeker the thing which let u rebattle trainers?
Iam looking for that thing.
cause recording battles isnt that usefull at all.
