Hacking JPN N3DS EmuNAND rxtool - 3D mode not working properly

Is this happening with anyone else? The upper screen works normally when 3D mode is not on, but when I turn it on, it's like the screen splits in 2, but not the way it was supposed to be, so there's no 3d effect and the images just overlap each other. On sysNAND it works just fine though.

Close and open the lid of your 3DS and it should work again.

That is a normal bug on any N3ds cfw emunand, just close the 3ds and open it again, it will work just fine.
