I found a place that sells the DSTwo + but I'm not sure if it is safe. I think r43ds.org is safe but its best to make sure it is.

Eh I have heard they used to be, I have also heard they aren't reliable either. They don't have DSTWO flashcarts anymore though (their stock meter isn't real time), I looked into them years ago. I still have the old email of them telling me they don't and haven't for a while, by the way they don't respond to emails either anymore lol. Unfortunately you came late to the party, if you really want a flashcart then I recommend an R4i Gold 3DS Plus, this model runs Wood R4 which is a pretty nice kernel.
