Hi. Lately, my analog sticks are acting weird. When they aren't being moved, they don't move, which is normal, but if i make them go UP really fast, the console still thinks that they are up for a few seconds (sometimes, can vary to like 0.25 of a second to 3 seconds) and the same thing when going down, but less frequent. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like drift or connection problems, try using the calibration menu to check if they go back to the center smoothly or just jump back there

Sounds like drift. It's worth getting a can of compressed air and seeing if you have any gunk under your analog sticks. That's one thing Wal-Mart probably won't be sold out on right now. If that doesn't work, you can send your joy cons to Nintendo and they'll repair them for free, barring shipping costs. Although, I'm not sure Nintendo is still repairing joy cons due to the quarantine.

i can't send my joycons to nintendo (ya know, i live in brazil and nintendo isn't even here officially anymore) but i will try a can of compressed air.

A can of compressed air is as good as you can do, since every single joycon sold has the same shitty defective analog stick. Buying new ones isn't worth it since it won't solve the problem, it'll just postpone it for a few weeks until it inevitably happens on that pair of joycons too
