Sorry im a newbie.
Id like to know how to fix DS wifi settings wihtout booting a game with wifi capabilities.
Hope my quest is not vague

You need to have a WiFi game in to configure WiFi settings with a DS Lite or original. Only DSi's are capable of configuring internet settings from the internal menu. Sorry.

Yeah you need a Wi-Fi game for the NDS/lite. DSi has its own settings.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
