There are Tools for install/uninstall Channels like

- AnyTitle Deleter (MOD)

or

- Duplicate Channel Remover
(like the Name says for deleting Double Installations from Channels from different Regions for Example).

or

- use the Wii System Menu - Data Management - Channels Option
for removing any Channel that was previously installed


Factory Reset and/or System Updates are not really an Option for modded Devices !!! :)
