Hacking Is the newest Haxchi region free?

I bought a Wii U a week ago and installed Haxchi on it. So I was wondering if I could play out of region games? Is there chance I could brick my system with out of region games?

Just hold B while booting up Haxchi, or change config.txt in SDCard://haxchi to include
'default=sysmenu' [Boots into Haxchi CFW]

And I can normally install them after running Haxchi CFW in WUP Installer GX2, is that right?
