Gaming Is it possible to still get this Event Rockfruff

I just read that only an Event Rockruff will be able to evolve into a Dusk form Lycancroc. So I wanted to know if it's still available or if it's impossible to get one

You can trade for one, or make your own with PKSM/PKHex. It's definitely possible to obtain one.

The problem is Pkhex only works for Homebrew 3DS and I don't have Homebrew and won't install it on my 3DS

In that case, why not ask on a topic or forum for trading Pokemon? I think there's one right here.
