Homebrew Question Is it possible to install NSPs over a network on android?

My pc just died from a virus corrupting the boot file, b/c i could find the virus. So now i hope to find a solution to nsp installs, before Luigi's Mansion 3 comes out...I don't have a USB-OTG cable, and my phone doesn't have a good enough battery to install a full size switch game over usb...i would just like to know if it is possible for nsp install over network on android. Thanks!

Not sure about solutions that are available right now, but I'm working on adding Adubbz/Tinfoil net-install support to NS-USBloader mobile.
