Is it or is it not ok to talk about piracy here?

This is something I wonder for some time now. There's a lot of warez talking going on here, people talking about downloading games, playing them for free and so on. Right now the Resident Evil 5 thread is a good example. Now I really don't care if someone likes to download things but I'm confused about the rules here. Sometimes people got censored or even banned (?) for this kind of warez talk and sometimes it seems to be perfectly fine. I just want to know whats ok and whats not so I don't get myself in trouble here.

You can talk about it all you like as long as you dont ask for or post links to actual copyrighted material.
