Hacking Is a scalple absolutely necessary?

I Went to take my wii apart and cant get those little white squares off... what should I use? What are they so important for that I must be "very careful" like the video says?

Hey no problem, just remember to be very careful with the ribbon and make sure you do not break any plastic.

now i know, i broke the clip that held my ribbon in... got it taped in and working somehow..
