It does not matter if we can get the cfw part working to do a downgrade or make something better I bet you it would work just fine.
the thing i want with the homebrew the most is tdvs it allows you you edit your Pokemon save game and you can do what a cyber gadget can do with out having to buy one and a Japanese game the other methods for pkhex other then that require older firmware

They got it working with 1.1B and he told every one that 2.1 can do every thing 1.1B can so it must not be that hard to get kernal access at all.

One important question: Should ninjhax 2.X work on a N3DS with FW 9.2? The hb launcher boots. But everything hangs when I'm trying to start any application.

I think smea knows how to make cfw work but just dont feel like sharing it cause it would lead to piracy.
Eh, he can sit on his high horse then. It'll happen sooner or later, and probably sooner if he legitimately thinks piracy tools would work with Tube/Ironhax if it wasn't for that dang dirty shoddy coding.
I just hope he does it. It's not his fault that people pirate and it's already happening with gateways anyway.
