When I downloaded the starter pack just now there was an app called Old eshop installer or something like that.

Oh, I did it again and it downloaded Ironfall 1.0 this time.
I sat on home menu screen for a while and was waiting for the message saying an update was available, and it wasn't showing up, letting me think I had downloaded 1.2 again.
But after a few seconds the message telling me an update is available showed up.
Also for some reason it didn't give me a prompt to update when I booted it. Even though it said an update was available.
Could there be more to this than we think?

how 2 install browserhax
1. download this https://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip
2. extract+put it on your SD card
3. go here with your 3DS browser

The hardest step by far is #4. It took me a couple of tries, but I managed to do it. You should really put more of an explanation!
Make sure you are launching it on the 3DS, not your computer. I've seen that mistake a couple of times.
Also, if you want to refer to someone, do this: @[the player's name] for example: @GalladeGuy
If you want eshop access and a backup in case themehax stops working for whatever reason.
you shouldn't need to if homemenuhax worked for you
themehax is another entrypoint that does pretty much the same thing as homemenuhax
edit, I recommend bookmarking the url (in your case, http://yls8.mtheall.com/spider28hax.php ) you used to get into homebrew so it's easy in the future

Sorry to disturb, but I've been watching Smea and co's talk from earlier and was wondering, if I'm on Version 9.9.0-26E, using Ironfall 1.1 for IronHax (The original release, I basically installed IronHax when it first came out and never updated), do I need to reinstall IronHax or just download the new starter kit? and if not, Is it worth updating to 10.3 if I never use the eShop or should I just stick to 9.9?
I originally used Tubehax but it's patched now, and iirc browserhax probably is too on 9.9, so I might have to upgrade if I need to reinstalled IronHax
