Apple Ipod Touch 4G as a Wifi Repeater?

Well, I am trying to set up a temporary wifi at my new place. The gentlemen renting me the place said I can leech his wifi until the cable company gets out in a week or two, but the problem goes as follows. From beside the front door, facing the house where the wireless router is, I can't pick up a signal on my ipod or laptop. 3 feet out that same door, I get 2 bars of wifi on my ipod touch. Is there any way to set my ipod touch on the porch picking up the wifi, and use it as a repeater so the laptop can pick it up a few feet away? If anyone knows, I would be most appreciative. no it only has one wifi adapter to do that it would need two
