So I just got the v4 translation of pokemon black a while back. Anyway, this might seem silly, but can anyone teach me how to input "shinigami" as my in game name in kanji??? (Shin would do fine too, LOL) I just wanna try it out. Thanks!

SubliminalSegue said:I'm pretty sure if you google "Shinigami in Hiragana" The first post shows both Kanji and Hiragana even if your computer can't really show it, I dunno. Try it. It's worth a shot. I hope this helps, the only other thing I can think of is trying an online translator.
EDIT: I just read my own statement. Will that work? I'm an idiot.

I'm never gonna learn Kanji, and my teacher knows this.![]()
btw, it looks like you have shi-ta(can't really read it. Could be ni)-ka-o. So...no. Got the first part. Wiki hirigana and sound it out.
cocomonk22 said:You can't use kanji for your name in Pokemon Black/White. At the bottom of the name entry screen, select the fifth box (the one to the right of 1/?) and just write "shinigami" and it will right it in hiragana.

that reads a LOT like Shitakaa (Shi-Ta-Ka-A). if you're gonna go hiragana, you got the shi and the ka part right, but the ka needs something that looks like double quotes (").Shinigami357 said:![]()
