in Canada, we respect a lot the right of having a private life.
so, the ISP can't tell the police that we are pirating a lot, or they will get in trouble.

Well, with the rise of 3d printers and all the materials that can be used in printing included conductors and insulators, if you download enough car part schematics, print them out, and peice then together with working 3d printed wiring and PCB's, you could, in fact, download a car.
