I think I’d put him in a twisted version of MST3K and post it online, forced to watch and react to various WW2 documentaries. wartimes cartoons and post-war parodies.

The only downside is that I’d really need a mini-Himmler, mini-Goebbels and mini-Goring for it to work.

Without memories it is the standard baby Hitler philosophy question, if not one further removed. As it stands we likely have a ship of Theseus problem, or perhaps teleporter problem (when you teleport you end up with a whole new set of atoms, is it really you).
Not sure what I would gain from torture either; it is rarely a good method of interrogation and I would question any catharsis and its value would be little more than masturbation from where I sit.

With memories, you say prime above which is potentially less than ideal (nor are we all that likely to agree when that was - drug addled was rather longer than some might realise, and making plans of dubious nature is a whole minefield unto itself*) as most of what I would probably do.

*ignoring the advice of your generals is possibly a good decision depending upon how you want to look at it. See also strategic vs tactical if you want to go there, and equally there were some good generals but there were also some ones very much trapped in what was then old order thinking, without decent command experience (Versallies did technically abolish general staff, though how much that helped and hindered is up for debate), and thinking without understanding of the greater economics (everything from actual economics to general issues of supply lines -- Russia be big yo and not many good roads/railways). For instance Stalingrad should probably have been bypassed and a sideshow at best, and that is even before we get into the supply issues and failures there.

He would also be one of the most valuable sources of historical information even found by man even from day to day life perspective (never mind secret meetings and whatnot), and a functioning either biology at that level or robotics would be equally valuable. Information wise I think I would prefer some of the other upper echelons of such things.
How to coax such information out is also a tricky one.
