Title. I need to replace my 3ds battery and just wanted to make sure it wasn't gonna effect anything because I know it changes the date and time(?).
If I replaced my 3ds battery, would it effect homebrew in any way?

nope, not at all. tested it myself. the homebrew is on the sd card, not the battery. all it does is reset the clock which isn't that big of a deal unless you play tomodachi life or something, either way you're gonna have to reset the clock anyways.

The only thing will change is the RTC and if you have setup different offsets for the user clock you should setup the clock again.
