Hacking I unistall System Font and i don't have a full backup nand, HELP!

Hello, first of all thank you for entering this thread.

I will explain it briefly, I uninstalled this title 0004009B00014002 (System Font EUR)
and now it does not enter the home menu (GoodMode and Luma are still working correctly).
I don't have a full backup of the NAND.

I have:
Luma, B9S and GodMode9.

Is there any way to reinstall it with GM9? Change the region of my console to Japanese
and then reinstall the original or something like that?

I was going to say re-download a copy of 0004009B00014002.cia through 3DNUS but since you have no way of accessing HOME Menu to get to FBI, so...

Your option left is try repairing it through CTRtransfer.
