I noticed that members recently joined with zero posts tried to start chat with me.

I received annoying notification about members who joined here today with zero posts to start chat with me, but I don't bother to enable the chat. I believe that they are bots or scammers.

Please consider to impose the minimum post number requirement before start chat with members.

Oh wow that's a pretty good oversight to spot. To my knowledge there is a minimum posting requirement on messages, but the chat is an entirely different system. I always forget you can do DMs there.

I'm confused as to why there even is two separate systems for DMs in place (instant messaging and classic). I would consider nuking one.
