ROM Hack I need help with Rom_tool

i read the topic about it but i don't get how to use the program. i don't understand very well how to use the command thingy when it's on my language, let alone in another's.

so, i have the program and a rom called v-dkcr3.3ds in a folder; i have the command window already opened in that folder (which is called "Nova pasta" by the way)

what exactly should i be imputing on the command window for it to trim my rom?
