Hacking i made a rookie mistake with vwii

i was using the wii nand backup homebrew from wii u mode and i clicked the wrong button. i was then basically forced to watch the app clear my virtual wii bit by bit, bye bye slmccpt. i had a nand backup but the pc it was on died a while back so i don't have a backup to restore from. any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated

can you explain what you did? because i deleted everything using aggresive mode, then after when i tried to reinstall it using light mode it says it cant access a bunch of files, help please
