Hacking I cant find the Upgrade for the M3 movie player CF

okay everytime i try to download the upgrade software for the M3 Cf version in english off of their website it doesnt work i really want the upgrade becuz i have the old version if anyone can help me plz tell me how cuz my computer says its forrbiden or sumthing
