M3 movie player problem

Hello, i have an m3 movie player with a 128mb sd card, the material that i used when i was younger...
but, i have apparently put a password, and impossible to find it, (it's just for the gba mode), in the setting of the ds mode, he say to delete all files on the sd card, but that won't work... help plz

You tried re-formatting the card or turned it on without a card inserted?

Yes i've tried this already

I guess you could replace the battery inside of the cartridge, if it has one at least.
