I can't download archives.

for some reason, lately when i try to download .zip's or .rar's it says i can't, and i may not have the permission to do so. I don't know why, but I do know that I have winrar (open right now) and it seems to be in working condition.

please help.

It sounds like somebody or a virus is blocking you from downloading certain files. Are you the administrator? Try a different browser.
