Hacking I am still having Acekard 2i AKAIO troubles

I was recently using 1.6, it worked perfectly, however I recently updated to 1.7.1, and none of the games loaded.

I tried formatting it both with windows and the program meant for formatting them.

I upgraded the loader, replacing it with the old one, still nothing.

They go to load, and then come up "Loading" in yellow, and nothing happens. Help please..

I am so worried that I went and bought a fake AceKard...

i replaced the old one with the new one, and it works for me now, but i still get the yellow loader, but now start it the game

Format your card with this formatter (you probably already did but do it again), then download AKAIO 1.7.1 from here. Copy the "__aio" folder & akmenu4.nds to the root of your MicroSD. Then update loaders by going here. Extract & copy the ak2loader.nds to __aio\loaders on your MicroSD. Overwrite the existing file.

Ok, i'm redoing it.. again.. lol. I'll edit this to let you know how it went.

Edit: Failed. It is still stuck at the damn yellow loading screen. its been about 1 minute since i turned it on and nothing.. HELP please..

I downloaded the Update Loader through the actual ds, and still nothing.. What the heck is going on here..

A screen stuck on "Loading" means that version of which the loader was compiled for is not what you're running. In other words, something went wrong with your AKAIO 1.7.1 installation. Make sure the "__aio" folder and & akmenu4.nds are in the root of your MicroSD.

with the "SD formatter":
*open the program
*open the options
* on "format type" select "Full (erase on)

I have done that. It says that it can not erase flash memory or something cos it doesn't exist.

Would buying a new microSD card do anything
