ROM Hack How would I (to do with wood/waio)

What I would like to know/do is how would i apply the updates from wood 1.14.2 _ds_menu.dat file to the waio r4loader.nds file as well as the other loader files.

If someone can give me a point in the right direction ill fix waio for everyone
