Hacking HOW TO STOP IOS downloader and Patch mii from deleting downloaded file

Hi,

How can I prevent IOS DOWNGRADER ( topic title typo) and Patch MII from from deleting the temp files it downloads? This way I can redo my wiis without having to download all those files again..
