There are many tutorials for installing WAD manager on softmodded Wii, but my Wii have WASP mod chip so i think it would be stupid if i soft mod it..
I have homebrew channel installed but when i place WAD manager on SD card it doesnt show up in Homebrew Channel..
I named it boot.dol....
So what i am doing wrong?

All you need to do is install the homebrew channel and the wad manager. Install bootmii and that installs the HBC. Then put the wad manager on your SD card in the apps folder and the wads in the wads folder.

You dont need to softmod, but it does help when you play certain games. I have the wasp chip and softmod and USB loader, this way I can play any games from disk or USB. There's no harm in softmodding a chipped wii.

Yeah, ok
You don't need to fully softmod it

But you need to patch an IOS (usually IOS36) at least or it won't work.

Also, the hackmii installer installs the HBC, not bootmii

Maybe i should place boot.dol in special folder (someone mentioned applications folder) - so what is exactly name of folder i should create?

So if i got : homebrew channel, WASP mod chip and WAD manager do i really need anything else ??
Thx

huh??

then what is used to install bootmii?
Someone said bootmii installs the HBC, so I said: "Also, the hackmii installer installs the HBC, not bootmii"
As in: its the hackmii installer that does install the homebrew channel, and bootmii doesn't
Not: Hackmii installer can only install the HBC and not bootmii

Its just formulated a bit strange

I have found out that Wii doesn't recognize SD card with 4GB ... ...

So i am gonna use USB 2.0 with 2.0GB.. I hope that's ok???

Anyway, i am wondering what is difference?? Is everything the same or not??
