Great compatibility and easy to set up.Only major issue that users report that GBA saves maybe can corrupt the filesystem from the Flashcarts microSD Card.

@raystriker: gbaemu4ds has been out of development and support for a long time.

If you're using 3DS and you can just hack it. VC runs perfect for most GBA games and even then emulators are better. Only go flashcart route if you have like multiple systems but still nice to have a hacked 3DS for this kind of stuff. Would say the same for Dsi but it's not as straightforward.

Yeah DSi requires a lot more steps, although I do think it is easier now. I did it a while back but it's not too much better over a cheap flashcart.
