Hacking How to install ONE custom track to mario kart wii help

i wanted to start playing mario kart wii hacks but i cant just get the one course i want i got the big package for all the custom tracks but i cant play the ones i just downloaded anyone point me in the right direction?
Example i want to play Halogen highway without a custom pack
