Hi, found out how to get the ISO's from UMD disc of games, And of movies! Now How do I convert the movie ISO's to MP4's?
Could you name me the file ending of the "biggest" file. The biggest file would be 00071.MPS but idk. Pls helppsp already uses mp4, the linked iso-to-mp3 looks like a scam page
find out which the biggest file is in the iso and copy it from the iso using umdgen.
rename it to .mp4 and try to play it in any media player
but remember: the psp only had a resolution of 480x272

Yeah i can open it but then it only shows you the total time of the movie. No sound and no video/picture.looks good.
can you open it in VLC ?
if it plays, you can convert it with pretty any tool
like handbrake for example
have you seen this?Yeah i can open it but then it only shows you the total time of the movie. No sound and no video/picture.
I tried to convet it but it wouldn't show the file
Or use the FFMPEG command line tools, which Handbrake most likely uses lol. There's this thread on Reddit that might be helpful...
...and pretty much the best free option these days for video recoding/ripping is Handbrake. It will do iso's of known formats (such as DVD's) with ease... but I doubt it would directly do a UMD ISO - or that guy on Reddit wouldn't have needed to write the massive essay he posted!
