Hacking How to change an ISO movie to MP4?

Solution
There is numerous pc programs to do this you could try the following

1. Download Prism Video Converter Software
2. Import ISO Files into the Program. Click on the green Add File(s) button, located in the main toolbar to open the file finder window.
3. Choose an Output Folder.
4. Set the Output Format.
5. Convert ISO to MP4.

psp already uses mp4, the linked iso-to-mp3 looks like a scam page

find out which the biggest file is in the iso and copy it from the iso using umdgen.
rename it to .mp4 and try to play it in any media player

but remember: the psp only had a resolution of 480x272

There's this thread on Reddit that might be helpful...

...and pretty much the best free option these days for video recoding/ripping is Handbrake. It will do iso's of known formats (such as DVD's) with ease... but I doubt it would directly do a UMD ISO - or that guy on Reddit wouldn't have needed to write the massive essay he posted!

Or use the FFMPEG command line tools, which Handbrake most likely uses lol.
