Use a program calld ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/

After installong - Start the Program - Click Write Image File to Disc - Select yuo Wii Game Iso file - Set Burn Speed to 4x (not compulsary but I burn at 4x) - Write

hell dvd+r work as well and the speed isnt an issue
