Homebrew How safe am I with Coldboot HAX, regarding the new Update 5.2.2

Hello,
When I go to the settings of my Wii U, I can see that my Firmware is spoofed to 9999999.
So im wondering, at which point is the Firmware being patched, because if it's patched during boot, then could the Wii U update while it is in Standby Mode?
Can someone tell me if I am safe with Coldboot Hax and Haxchi installed?

Highly recommend an update blocking DNS

Youre safe. If you have HaxChi even if you accidentally update you're fine. The update only blocks browserhax.

It's a possibility. Nintendo always says that they can't guarantee what happens when there is "unauthorized software" installed.
