i bricked my wii i installed system menu 2.0 on 4.1 wii how do i flash it back
Why the out of focus pics? I mean, why pics of your hardware? On topic, if you have a NAND backup, and an old enough Wii console, it can be flashed back. Sorry for not being more specific, it's been years since I fooled around with the Wii.
Obvious question. Do you have BootMii installed on Boot2?
Priiloader gets removed whenever you reinstall sysmenu iirc, but try to boot while pressing Reset button just in case. is it still there?
If not, try to see if you can access Recovery Mode by using SaveMiiFrii- plug your GC controller in port 4, and press all 4 directions in D-Pad. you would need to disassemble the controller to do it. Can you access it?
if no luck in all 3, the only option you have is either reflasing NAND with hardware modding or just buying another Wii.

i do not have bootmii as boot2 i only have bootmii as boot1

Bootmii as boot1 doesn’t exist, only as boot2 and ios.
It must be installed prior to any bricks.
I asked 3 ways. Try other 2 and see if you have any luck. These 3 are the only ways of recovering your Wii without hardware modding involved.
Also, You cannot install BootMii on Boot1! I don't know what you're ob about but you can only install BootMii in either Boot2 or IOS. I assume you meant IOS, which is inaccessible without other 2 methods.
I'll just assume Priiloader doesn't work on you but if it does, please tell me. for now, Please check if you can boot into recovery mode. I told you how to access it with your GC controller in the post above.
EDIT: also priiloader gets removed when you reinstall System Memu.

He most likely ended with a stubbed System Menu IOS after he downgraded to 2.0 which means he won't be able to access the Recovery Menu...

Nope, You need access to Homeberw Launcher, games like SSBB or System Menu to install IOS, or basically run any kinds of homebrews with your Wii. If it was possible, We would've already recovered your Wii long ago. Your Wii cannot do that right now. You should've followed guides more strictly, Wii has lots of stub IOSes that breaks old stuffs.
Considering stuffs you've been saying, Your Wii is currently fully bricked without the ability to boot to any kinds of user-level softwares, which means no exploits to try. No exploit means no recovery in software way.
If it was able to boot System Menu, we could've try the auto update method. If BootMii was on Boot2, it would've been as easy as eating a cake. But no, You currently have no way to recover your Wii without hardmodding.

"You recommend" installing IOS4 before installing 2.0?
IOS4 was never used on any retail systems except for the "Insert Startup Disc" menu on early units.
I recommend *never downgrading any retail Wii*, period. Most versions of the Wii Menu use a unique build of IOS that isn't used by any other title, and this IOS is usually stubbed out after a new version is released. In your case, System Menu 2.0 uses IOS11, which was stubbed later on.

OP never mentioned why he wanted to downgrade his Wii system menu. I'd be really curious to know. 
In my opinion, downgrading is never a good idea. It's always asking for trouble. I understand why someone would want to downgrade his Switch to regain CFW access, but it's unheard of for the Wii.

while I do believe the brick was actually happened, I call bullshit on this. Just shrug it off and move on, don't try to use le good ol' "this is his mom" trick. everybody knows it's a lie. even if it wasn't a lie, people wouldn't really be convinced due to the way you wrote the post.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
