I'm stuck with the same problem. WUP Installer doesn't want to install the game and gives the error to check the files are correct and to enable sig patch.
I create the downloadimage via the official procedure though

I'm not familiar with Wii U development, but the 3DS SDK output CIAs with different encryption - maybe the WUPs are devkit encrypted?

Haxchi and CBHC don't disable all signature checks. You additionally need to run mochcfw once to install unsigned titles, maybe this works out for Unity games as well. After that the signature patches of Haxchi are enough to launch it.

I have the same problem, I can perfectly run the .rpx file in cemu
when I try to install it on my retail WiiU, the installation fails ...
The only thing I can think of is to compile an .rpx to run it from wiiu / app / game / Unity master
if anyone can get me a cable to run or install WUP ... PLEASE :(
