How do i fix my Audacity track?

I accidentally typed a key in Audacity (not sure which) and now my track looks different:

It has a white overlay in the back and it has this thing on the very beginning, if you look very closely you'll notice. I tried restarting but that didn't work.
What do i do to fix this?

I mean... in size? or lenght?

Try with "-" and "+"

How did the track change? You should just be able to click revert.

I fixed the problem
I had the multi-select tool selected without me knowing.

Glad you got that sorted. I should say though that a lot of that looks clipped and what is not clipped is still pumped up to the point where there is no range between the instruments/sections.

If you click view and then show clipping the things in red are bad.
