I'm gonna format my SD card, thus I will have to delete all my games. However, I want to make a backup of the saves so I can restore them after the SD card format. How can I do that with Checkpoint?
Yes, well, the thing is that I'm formatting my SD card because I believe an unknown portion of the files in it are corrupted, so I wanted only the save files for keeping the risk of getting files corrupted again at a minimum . However, I just backed up the save files with checkpoint, copied the "saves" folder located in 3ds/checkpoint and then I put it back to its place when the format was done and it worked like a charm! Checkpoint recognized the saves and restored them successfully, thanks!
