For the homebrew to succesfully be seen by the Homebrew-Channel you need to have the homebrew files directly inside its subdirectory under apps.

An example: SD:\apps\Snes9xGX\boot.dol
If you setup like this, it should succesfully find and display your homebrew and you can play your legally gotten games.

Have a nice day/night.

thank you for your reply

correct me if iam wrong but do i have to paste boot.dol file to snes9x catalogue?

Or just copy ?(having 2 boot.dol files)

Will this affect other application from Sd card?

Why can't you just go on the Homebrew browser and download it? Or does that not work? I've kept my SNES on my computer; no sense playing it on my Wii...

You can put a boot.dol inside any subdirectory under "SD:\apps" and it will be found, just be sure to put icon.png and meta.xml in the same folder of the boot.dol it was made for.
It will not affect other applications unless they use the same folder, cause then they would overlap eachother.

Also if an app uses extra files, like a config file(Wiiflow), you must use the foldername you saw inside the archive you got the boot.dol from, or else it cannot find that file.
The path most hombrew menu's look for apps, is "SD:\apps\(insert-homebrew-folder)\boot.dol".

If it cannot find the files, make sure the SD card is selected in the settings (Press 1) of Homebrew channel.
If else it does not find the app, perhaps you did not even put the SD card inside the wii :P?

Good luck.
