Hacking Homebrew launcher freezes if it launches any app.

As the title says. i'm using a nintendo new 3ds xl running b9s as the custom firmware and the 3ds itself has the latest updates installed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using this version of HBL? https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/
Also, which app is the Rosalina hb title set to? Supposedly it only works with hblauncher_loader and Download Play, other titles are missing some needed permissions.
