Black screen when launching GBA VC games

Hello! So I've recently started messing around with more homebrew things on my 3DS and decided to try making custom GBA VC titles, however when I launch said titles I just get a black screen until I force the system to power off by holding the power button.

DSi titles and TwilightMenu++ both work as they should, as does OPEN_AGB_FIRM.

I'm currently running the latest versions of B9S and Luma, and my system is on 11.16.0-42K (if that matters).

Anyone have an idea as to what's going on? Thanks!
