Hacking Hombrew channel don't use Joycon

Hi to all, i have a problem, i have installed incognito after the release of ams-mitm 9.0.0 on Atmosphere,incognito don't show the serial, but when i use the homebrew channel, the joycon don't respond, and i can use only the touch, i have failed somenthing? Thanks a lot for the help
