Homebrew Hi, I'm new to here and ...

I wonder how to put DPG Videos on my Nintendo DS.
I thought I knew by just downloading Moonshell2 and a Converter to change a video into a dpg and that would be just it.
But I need to know more. What am I missing? What should I download? and make a easy tutorial of it.
