The title says it all. Turns out that some systems may run into problems when running HENKaku, but this isn't a huge problem that should have everyone running for the hills. It seems like the users who experience this are hit and miss. For example, when running the exploit on my US account and card, everything was smooth sailing. Meanwhile, on my JP card and account, I've experienced this multiple times. Note this is the same system during both experiences.
Here's the solution: reboot your system. Simple as that. Just turn it off (Unplug it if Vita TV user, not required), wait aout 30 seconds to a minute, turn it back on, and then go on with your day. I do not know why this is happening, but it seems to be related to the console going into Sleep Mode.
