help with account

hi,
i've been using my main account named klonoa here:

but i had to re-format my cell phone and i didn't save my back up codes (stupid move, i know). so, now i can't access my main account because Two-factor authentication is still going on.
i was wondering if i can get some help around here because i can't pm the supervisors yet. i can provide any information needed.

Welcome, or should I say, welcome back.
I too had a problem not the same, but similar to yours. After the site update I was logged out, which has never happened since I've been registered, and I couldn't remember my password. Luckily I remembered that it was the same one I use in FEUniverse and I came back, to the joy of my fans (who, by the way, can be counted on the fingers of one hand)...
