Help translating Angelique retour on PSP

Well i've been trying to translate the PSP game Angelique retour for some time but the thing is that even though i saw some guides that to tranlate psp games i still have no idea how to do it or at least get the sript. The only thing could do is extract the iso with UMDGen. So if someone could lend me a hand or give me some tips about how to do it I will apreciate it.

OK so got the game, doesn't seem too hard, i am just lazy, but here is what i found:
In USRDIR, there are two files, one .arc and one .bin
Inside the .bin is the arc structure and pointers, since the arc file has the file data.

Yellow: Bin File signature
Pink: Number of files in ARC archive
Blue: Pointer to the File data pointer list
Sky Blue: Pointers to the file names
Green: File sizes

Do what you will with that

I already gave you all the information you need, using the tutorial you mentioned before, you'll start understanding how my information is useful in extracting and repacking the arc archive.
