Hacking Help, after i add a splash screen my forwarder doesn't forward

Ok, so I have this forwarder for genplusgx: http://www.mediafire.com/?squnea19b41ac9d

And when I add these splash screens to it with customizemii:
Standard screen:

Wide Screen:

I have it set to correctly forward to sd:/apps/genplusgx/boot.dol (no slash is how its set up)

And when I make the forwarder, it loads, and the splash screen appears as I wish it to, but then after the splash screen works, it doesn't forward to the program, it just stays a black screen. Can someone help me to make this work properly for me? Much thanks to anyone who does! Without the splash screen it does forward, whats the deal?

IIRC, genplusgx is one of the programs notorious for failing with a lot of not-so-well-coded forwarders. The CustomizeMii forwarders are not-so-well-coded. Compile a better forwarder and just swap out the .dol.
