Hacking Health & Safety Inject Help

I'm on the step of plailect's guide where it says "
"Press down once to select FBI_inject_with_banner.app, then press A and confirm to inject"
But even when i press down it cant find the FBI_inject_with_banner.app. All it has is hs.app available. I went to check if FBI_inject was on my sd's root and it is. Not too sure what to do. I'm trying to inject fbi into H&S

Are you sure you are on health and safety inject and not dump?
If so, what is the FBI_with_banner extension?
